               MOVE – IN POLICIES

• ·         A buyer shall be allowed only to move-in with the following conditions:
  
  
  1.       Equity is fully paid
  2.       Bank Loan is released
  3.       Signed Memorandum of Turnover and Acceptance & other documentary requirements including PDC’s are complied with. 

• ·         Buyer will be given a “Notice of Completion” stating the date of turn-over. He / She will be given THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of the request an inspection of the unit before acceptance. If the buyer fails to inspect the unit within this period, the units is deemed accepted in good condition.

• ·         After inspection of the unit , the buyer shall be issued a “House and Keys Acceptance” signifying the official turn-over of possession of the unit to the buyer.
